Booking & Purchase

All healing sessions, tarot readings, coaching services, energy work, workshops, memberships, and digital offerings must be booked and paid for in advance through the available payment methods.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Services will not be scheduled until payment has been successfully received.

Service Delivery

Healing sessions and consultations are delivered either online or remotely, as specified at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Digital Products & Resources

Any digital products, recordings, meditation files, guides, or downloadable resources purchased are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price paid at the time of booking will be honored for that specific purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of energetic, spiritual, coaching, and digital services, refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed or a digital product has been delivered.

Rescheduling requests may be considered if submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any service offering at our discretion. In the unlikely event that a session cannot be provided by us, an alternative appointment time will be offered.
